      Project Title: Vogue China“Team Up Consensus Building Workshop”

Market Background:
The purpose of the annual meeting is to announce the business goal and corporate strategy in the next year. More importantly, the annual meeting is planned to boost up morale, reinforce determination to surpass the goal, promote cross-department collaboration, and strengthen cohesion of the organization. However, the cascading announcement is hardly to strike a chord with staff and raise their passion of the team. “Team Up Consensus Building Workshop”is designed to trigger self-motivated among the key management team to strive the team’s utmost in order to build up the consensus on year 2008’s stretch goal setting, aligning business strategy and implementation plan.

Project Objectives:
1. Transform the corporate belief into a personal experience among the participants, which will arouse
    the active discussion and build up the consensus on corporate goal and business strategy.
2. Through the de-group competition, gather the most out-of-box creative ideas and solutions.

Key Sections:
1. Through the practice of enhancing observation exercise, which includes self-awakening and
    position-exchanging, the expectation towards other departments can be truly expressed
    and taken positively.
2. Build up the confidence of “Can Do” and raise personal passion.
3. Through the exercise to experience the fruit from mutual trust among participants.
    Extend the personal learning to the work scenario.
4. Facilitate team members to experience the corporate core value and link it to each participant's
    personal goal. To induce discussion on the feasible ways to combine personal goal and corporate goal.
5. Establish the collaboration experience and introduce an out-of-box brainstorming methodology for
    solution searching to encourage personal and team’s creativity as well as aggregating team consensus.
    Based on the annual goal, the team can form a break-though, creative annual implementation plan.
6. Exercises to motivate personal commitment on realizing year 2008 implementation plan.
